Do you like getting together with your girlfriends? I know I do. That is what hosting a Crafternoon is all about. Gather your girlfriends and some craft ideas and the rest is easy peasy! I hosted a crafternoon at my local library this last Saturday.
We spent a few hours crafting Spring wreaths. It was such fun seeing what everyone came up with. There were so many different wreaths.
I came up with a few wreaths to display as inspiration.
What do you think?
Inspired to host your own Crafternoon?

As it snows again here in Michigan, I need some inspiration for Spring.
I thought I would share some photos from last Spring to keep me smiling.
What is inspiring you today?
I purchased this very large frame for $5 at a yard sale last summer.
I loved the multiple layers and the outer layer’s design & detail.
I knew right away that I would be painting it white, but didn’t get around to painting it until a few weeks ago. I decided that for the time being I would use it to frame a bulletin {inspiration} board in my craft room.
I spent all day on Saturday in my craft room organizing, crafting, and working on more spring wreaths.
I made some new tacks for my inspiration board out of scrabble tiles…
and vintage pins.
Some of the projects I worked on….
Marshmallow overload in my hot cocoa.

Today I spent the evening preparing for my Crafternoon event at our library. I worked on making various Spring wreaths to display as inspiration. I love how they are turning out thus far. {photos to follow soon}
I also turned these plates and candleholders into these.
Cake platters, cupcake platters, snack platters…
Multiple uses for these pretties.
I was hoping that the snow storm from this weekend would be our last of the season, but the weatherman says we have another one coming for Wednesday. {Insert sad face}
Hopefully Mother Nature will be kind to us soon.
All the snow will melt and make way for Spring flowers.
Please see my {Linky} Page for the parties I am participating in.
I am so ready for Spring, but I am going to miss these morning views.
I have mentioned before that I often take a side trip or two on my way to work to grab a photo or two.
Here are some of photos from a couple weeks ago. We had a beautiful clear morning where everything had a frosty dusting of snow & ice. It was just beautiful!
This is what I woke up to this morning…Freezing Ice!
I thought about crawling back into bed, but responsibility called and said I needed to be some where so I went to work.
