House Haven Tour: Dream and Differ

Hello! I'm Jessie from Dream and Differ and I'm so happy to be able to share a peek into my home today. A big thank you to Chas for this opportunity!

Our house isn't magazine-perfect; it's often messy, frequently chaotic, and always a bit disorganized, but it is a haven for our family. I strive to create a cozy, welcoming atmosphere in our home, for guests and family alike. Lots of books, comfy seating, and a large table we can gather around for a home-cooked meal all contribute to make our home warm and inviting. More than anything, I want our home to be comfortable, so come on in, pull up a chair, and get cozy. Welcome to our haven!

Our living room, where we read books, play board games, and enjoy the sunshine.

Our hard-working kitchen, where many batches of cookies and pots of soup are prepared.

Our dining room, where we love to welcome family for holiday meals.

The dining table and this buffet double as our homeschool room too, so they're functional as well as pretty!

Our master bedroom.

We converted our son's extra closet into a Harry Potter-inspired book nook. It is one of my favorite spaces in the house!

Our daughter's love of reading is spelled out on her desk!

One of the first areas we rehabbed after buying this house: this bathroom used to have pink fixtures and tile!
Thank you so much for stopping by my little haven!

  4. Such a lovely home, love your living room. The pink tile must have been a serious trend because I had to demo it too out of our bathroom.
