Mini marshmallow bites
Layer ingredients in the mini pie crusts.
This was a quick and easy treat for our beach trip.
I used some donut holes, strawberries and some skewer sticks.
Cut off the top of the strawberries and then alternate each item on a skewer stick. I started and ended each one with a donut hole which helped to hold them together.
The kids loved them and they were so easy for them to eat without getting sand all over.
Cucumber Spring Salad:
2 Cucumbers (peeled and cut into slices)
5 Cherry Tomatoes (cut into quarters)
Hidden Valley Dill Seasoning
1/2 cup of Sour Cream
1/4 cup of vinegar
Mix all items together!
YUM!

Snowmen Hot Chocolate

Today I woke up feeling a nauseas for the first time in a few months. I made some mint tea to help settle my stomach.
I also just wanted something simple for dinner and the first three months of my pregnancy I ate a lot of potato dishes which seemed to help with my stomach being upset.
I mixed together:
1 package of Simply Potatoes
Garlic
Dried Basil
Dried Italian Seasoning Mixture
Preheated the oven at 400 degrees.
Baked for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes I took the mixture out and topped it with Parmesan Cheese and Bacon Bits.
I then switched the oven to broil and broiled for another 10 minutes to give the top a little crisp.
Steamy, yummy and so simple.
My simple dessert:
Carmel & an apple…yum

I am loving the color of my new fall scarf! It is pretty close to one of the colors I am using in the baby’s room.
Happy Friday!
I am not much of a baker, but every fall I get the urge to bake a few things. Today was once of those days when I wanted to do a little baking. I decided to make some homemade brownies. Nothing spectacular here, but the family really enjoyed having a special homemade treat. I used {THIS} recipe from www.allrecipes.com
